As part of the November experimental pop-up display, we are finally presenting our house artist, Saša Vrabič. On view is a selection of prints from last year’s series Nova plošča, produced at the local International Centre of Graphic Arts (MGLC), alongside a new painting titled Gemini Research, which announces the artist’s forthcoming series of monochrome portraits. Joining the presentation as a curatorial supplement is the photographic work Reference to a Reference by Iva Suhadolnik Gregorin.

This round table aims to shed light on the processes and wider issues of co-decision-making, as well as to highlight specific cases where adequate solutions have yet to be found. We will focus on how to care for our watercourses, what it means to live in a river valley, and what dangers threaten these spaces. We will also discuss the Ljubljana C0 canal case and the challenges faced by residents of Kozjak.

The Ivana Kobilac prize for current production goes to Arjan Pregl. This honor is granted to DLUL members who have made outstanding contributions to the fine arts during the previous five years. for a number of painting shows where cryptic messages are communicated using a vibrant color palette in an apparently malicious and indifferent manner, serving as a mirror to society.
